What is the Bichectomy?

Bichetomy is a minimally invasive cosmetic surgery that involves the removal of Bichat bags, small accumulations of fat located in the cheeks, under the cheekbones. These bags perform the function of cushioning the facial muscles.

The procedure is performed through an incision 1 to 2 cm long inside the mouth, at the height of the upper molars, on the inside of the cheeks.

Aplicación de compresas frías: Inmediatamente después de la cirugía, se te colocará una venda compresora para controlar la hinchazón. También puedes aplicar hielo en las mejillas durante las primeras 24 horas para reducir la inflamación.
Medicamentos: Te recetaré antibióticos para prevenir infecciones y antiinflamatorios para aliviar el dolor leve que puedas experimentar.
